Data We Collect
This site collects limited personal data through two mechanisms:
- Contact form submissions: name, phone number, and email address entered voluntarily by the user when completing the contact form on the About page. This data is used solely to respond to the submitted enquiry and is not used for any other purpose.
- Cookies: a single functional cookie is set when a user makes a choice in the cookie consent banner (Accept or Reject). This cookie stores the consent preference in the browser's local storage and does not transmit data to any third party. It expires when the user clears their browser data.
Cookies and Local Storage
AshburyHome uses one item in browser local storage: cookie_consent, which records the value accepted or rejected depending on the user's choice in the consent banner. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies are in use on this site. No third-party cookie scripts are loaded.
The cookie consent banner is shown once, on the homepage, and does not reappear once a choice has been recorded.

Processing of contact form data is based on the user's consent, provided by the act of completing and submitting the form. Processing is limited to what is necessary to respond to the enquiry.
